All our products are customizable.
When ordering, you can indicate the first name, design, message or any other element to be printed.

2. ⏱️ What are the manufacturing and delivery times?

Manufacturing:
2 to 7 working days (depending on the product and customization)

Estimated delivery:

🇫🇷 France: 4 to 7 working days
🇪🇺 Europe: 7 to 10 working days
🌍 International: 10 to 15 working days

📦 You will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as it is shipped.

3. 🔁 Can I return a personalized product?

No, except in the event of default.
Personalized products cannot be returned or exchanged , in accordance with article L221-28 of the Consumer Code .

✅ Exception : error or defect → Contact us within 7 days with a photo.
We will find a quick and fair solution.
