Yes! First names, nicknames, short phrases, or special dates: anything is possible. Write your text in the "Personalization" box when ordering. If it's too long or vague, I'll contact you before production.

What are the manufacturing and delivery times?





Can I have it delivered to someone else with a gift note?

Absolutely! You can provide the address of the person you're giving the keychain to, and add a little message in the order notes. I'll take care of everything with care.

How do I maintain my key ring?

A soft cloth is all you need to clean it. Avoid rinsing it under water or using harsh products to keep the colors and patterns looking their best.

Can I return a personalized item?

Returns are not possible for personalized items, except in cases of defect or error on my part. If something is wrong, contact me quickly, I am here to find a solution.

What if I don't receive my order?

Check your email, you should have received a tracking number. If you don't have it or if the package seems stuck, send me your order number and I'll take care of it!
